Ready to go see sissy.

It is again a good day in the Anthony house hold. Praise the Lord! Ciara is doing well weighing in at 1lb 6 oz today. She is still on the ventilator but she will start steroids tomorrow to help her come off next week. They will do three doses and then see how she does. They told us not to be surprised if she does well for a couple of days and then has to go back on the ventilator. If this happens she will receive another round of steroids then they will try again. The nurse told me today that premies her size usually go on and off a couple of times before they get it by themselves. Corey and I are thankful for the wonderful nurses and Dr. Hassen and we have faith that they will do whatever is best for Ciara. So if she does do well and has a couple of days without the ventilator maybe we can hold her for a little bit next week. That would be so wonderful!

We continue to praise God for giving us this wonderful blessing of a daughter. We know he is with Ciara and we find comfort in that. She still does have some bleeding coming up in her tube. It is not much and they aren't worried, but they have stopped her feedings until it clears up. We had a good visit with her today and my Aunt Dee Dee and Aunt Kathy Detwiler drove up from Indiana to see her. She opened her eyes a couple of times and tried to keep them open, but she is just too tired.
